Hahaha but seriously though, i cant understand why he's getting all this shit and he's barely been with us a month. Fair dues he should of scored against newcastle but other than that i thought he's been pretty decent so far, dont know what people expect, its not as if we've just signed messi.

This might come as a bit of a shock but some (not all) of the blues complaining don't like our DOF and would actually be happy to see his signings fail. A few others are starting from a pretty low opinion due to how ineffective some of our summer signings have been, others are just whiny c**ts. Then there seems to be a group that would have preferred a central midfielder or winger.

It is very knee jerk, personally I'll wait until he's been here a bit longer to pass judgement.
No it dont suprise me mate, but to an extent i agree that the summer signings havent exactly been affective and i agree that a top central midfielder wouldnt have been a disaster but at the same time, bony is a class proven striker...i mean how long did it take for the likes of demichellis and Dzeko to settle in? Plus i imagine its a challenge adjusting playing for swansea to us where expectations are sky high in comparison. As you say, judge him in the long run.

Have y'all seen the Dzecko thread?

Is he definitely shite, or are we giving him some more time?

Shite until proven otherwise :)

On a more serious note I think his main problem will be adjusting to playing alongside another striker, in Swansea he was a lone striker and the main man. It will be much different here, not sure it was the right time to bring him in, it would have been smarter to wait for summer. This is the crucial part of the season and i don't think we have the time to let him ease into the lineup...

He's an intelligent player, he'll pick it up quickly.

Bony is a great signing, he'll prove the muppets wrong.

Ditto - we really have a potential superstar here IMO, he will soon settle down and once the first one goes in (Saturday I reckon) he will be flying. We just have to accommodate his style of play without detriment to our Kun of course, we have some very intelligent players here, who will work it out sooner rather than later.
