The facts? The facts sunshine are that Yaya Toure has been absolutely instrumental in everything we have achieved over the last 5 or 6 years, without him we would have won neither league title, and neither domestic cup. I think it's also fair to say that signing GREAT players like Yaya has been a big part of attracting other big players like Kun. As for the shit that he sometimes comes out with or more often his agent, so fucking what, sticks and fucking stones comes to mind. He may well say some stuff that we would all rather he didn't but he is a footballing genius, not a bloody author. How many famous actors have you heard come out with claptrap, fucking most of them I would say, but does that mean you don't watch and enjoy their films, it is how talented people sometimes communicate. You talk about facts, we'll find me a factual criticism of Yaya from any current City teammate, any past City team mate for that matter, or any current or past member of the City coaching or management staff? FACT is they haven't criticised him and they are the people he works with. Dickheads on here might slag him to fuck, and no-brain muppets like lawrenson mills Owen, but strangely never his colleagues. Along with the likes of David, Sergio, Vincent, Joe, Pablo etc he is part of what has made us great rather than the shit to mediocrity of most of what I have watched in over 50 years as a Blue, and I would rather have a flawed genius than no genius at all, FACT

How old are you?

Some people on here would defend toure no matter what, unfortunately it is blatantly obvious he is no longer a 90 min player, and he should not be a starter on a team with aspirations to compete with Madrid and barca. With toure on the field against those two teams he looks like he is standing still

It was October 2012,a match v B.Dortmund, that I first spotted Toure's inability to defend. Opposition midfielder constantly ran off him to create a host of chances. If it had not been for Hart and a dubious penalty we could have lost heavily.
I started to watch Toure's off the ball work. It was easy to see he was a ball watcher with no defensive attributes. Top sides began to use this weakness in a way that lesser sides could not.
I began posting my observations and was met with considerable abuse. As I recalled only 1 posters supported my view FATBLOKE . As I not a person to be bullied or intimidated I continued posting my observations.
Now his gradual decline has accelerated with age and weight issues. Now a majority of posters agreed he needs replacing. As I said years ago we would not have CL successful with him in the team. I personally hope Guardiola arrives.,as much as I respect Pelligrini. His arrival will mean the end of Toure at this club.
I will not missing him or his friend/agent as they are increasingly embarrassing. We have many fine professionals, ambassadors for our club. He is not among them.

Yaya needs to go, please go gracefully.I believe he may want to cause our clubs a little more embarrassment yet.

I realise that he fears for Toure's future when Guardiola comes, just don't get what he thinks his comments will achieve. It's not going to make a difference to Guardiola's decision on Toure. Just seems like getting a cheap shot in early, with no discernible benefit to his client.
Maybe he just likes the limelight (ala yaya it could be said)? Making inflammatory/ controversial statements just for his 15 minutes of fame?
