Bollocks, there'll be 1 or 2 unhappy they aren't playing a bit more.

None of them will take a step down in terms of club or wages though, just means they'll have to fight a bit harder to start for us.

Their - Sterling and Mahrez - departures would depend on City receiving an acceptable fee, of course, and Arsenal hold an interest in both. At present, the club don't appear able to land either, due to their financial demands and a lack of European football.
A quick google and I found the author liking Arsenal articles on his LinkedIn profile.
