I agree Rodwell and Garcia will stay. Both are under-26 and on less than 80k p/w. Barry is 32 and 110k. If Mancini is still manager then Milner wont be leaving. Players like this are invaluable.
Barry may leave due to wages but I don't think he is even close to the first batch under
Consideration.
Those that are calling for massive change are either not familiar with how growth and
Improvement work or are just being naive.
Some of these players having their heads called for are iimportant to our team.

We will drop dead wood, that is for sure (the likes of RSC, Bridge, Johnson, maybe Kolo...) - but I dont consider that a "clearout".
There will NOT be many players gone who played a part in the title run (one, two at the most) nor players who were acquired this summer (except maybe sinclair, if his status doesnt change, or Maicon if he cannot stay healthy. Garcia isnt going anywhere).
I honestly believe that people expecting the likes of Balo, Milner, Dzeko, Barry, Nasri or even Kolarov to leave (moreover to leave all at once) will be greatly dissapointed.

Balotelli will leave, I'm sure. Kolarov and Dzeko would like to play more but only 2 clubs made offers to sign Edin last summer (Bayern 12M and Juve 16M), says something. And guys like Barry and Lescott are in early 30s and on big wages so can see we'll try to offload them.
