Pogba is free in January
Is that one of those double entendresPogba is free in January
And still expensive at that pricePogba is free in January
I wouldn’t trust him to be a lone #6 at the moment personally. Think it’s too early and then we still have the same dynamics of playing him alongside a Kova/Gundo.Wharton more attainable because he's not all a lot of people on here crack him up to be.
And even after considering all the players mentioned, I firmly believe the best option would still be the one you didn't mention: Reijnders. His skill set perfectly aligns with what we need—pace, urgency and tempo when needed, power, intelligence, and control. He’s versatile enough to complement Rodri, thrive as a lone 6, or add dynamism as a box-to-box midfielder. Among the alternatives, none offer the complete package Reijnders brings to the table, making him the standout choice to elevate our midfield and potentially turn our season around.I’d say if we are wanting an instant upgrade to what we have at DM just now without Rodri and who would be attainable in January. I’d say Zubimendi - who is the most in-demand DM in January and I reckon Liverpool will be back for him in the summer judging by what I’ve read. Other than that I’d say bringing Ruben Neves back from the Saudi League could be a shout he’s thoroughly impressive me at Wolves (far more than Nunes did for them). Other than that your looking at some like Ricci , Angelo Stiller , Varela in terms of who is attainable in January. If we are looking in the summer then players like Baleba , Bruno G , Wharton probably become more attainable. In my eyes though I’d have Zubimendi as number 1 option for January and Neves number 2.
Yeah I have looked at Reijnders and talked about him elsewhere. I really like him I just wasn’t entirely sure whether he would be able to thrive as a lone #6 or not. If he could I’d love him.And even after considering all the players mentioned, I firmly believe the best option would still be the one you didn't mention: Reijnders.
