To think that Vvd is constantly heralded as the best CB in the world is laughable when you consider that this lad has been doing the business with Real since the age of 18, and has won absolutely everything. I would hazard a guess that his trophy cabinet at the age of 25/26 is larger than all of the Liverpool and Ajax players combined, never mind just Vvd and Koulibaly.

Who?In terms of age, experience for me he has the whole package and if City had even a sniff of a chance, again for me he tops de ligt and Koulibaly.
Would be a dream signing.

I’d argue tierney is a much better prospect though.

A top quality player who we have little chance of getting, better than DeLigt or VVD I do not rate Koulibaly that highly and think he will fail in England. Verane started out brightly but in the last couple of seasons he has been gash when playing for Madrid. I obviously disagree based on his performances in a one team league,but that's immaterial anyway as we are bringing Angelino back.
