I would be more excited about signing him than Pogba tbh.
He's only going to get more expensive and if we end up going from Tevez to Sergio to Dybala, we'd be doing very well for ourselves. Although he is a diving little shit and I can't see Pep dicouraging that.

Juve have no intention to sell (they allegedly turned down a 90m Euro offer for him and whenever asked about whether Dybala will be leaving, Juve directors are as categorical as they can be in their answers), and Dybala seems perfectly happy to stay for the long haul (he's talking about how he'd like to become a Juve legend etc.).
