Give them Phillips back in return.He looks by far the best player in the championship for me and I can just see him potentially becoming one of the top wingers in the league. A lot of success has came from championship wingers: Bowen , Grealish , Olise.

Mahrez played in the championship too.

I know we maybe look down on the championship but I honestly just see this guy going to the top. Such a great wide player with excellent end product. Young too. I’d have him over Neto.

Always looks more comfortable on the left than right, which is not what we currently need, but the bigger question would be whether this season is a purple patch, in a lower league, or him finally realising that the opportunities won’t always come around and that he’s finally knuckling down. He’s often been dogged with accusations of attitude problems in regards training, both in the Netherlands and England, and even though he’s having a good season, he has continued to be overlooked at the national level. If he’s to get a move to a ‘better’ club side, then he’ll first have to help get Leeds United promoted and then prove himself with them.

Phillips problem for me is he didn't have the mentality to make it at city. Multiple world class players, fighting everyday for your position, behind the greatest CDM in the world and a (rightly so) demanding manger. He simply didn't have the minerals.

Hopefully Leeds get promoted and he goes back. Would be the best thing for his confidence and then form.

Can't disagree with Phillips assesment and I am not so sure Summerville would be the right player either.
 
It seems Ortega will be seeking pastures new in the summer.

Some possible candidates to replace him:

Brice Samba, 30, Lens. Classic all round keeper. Good command of his area, excellent distribution, excellent shot stopper. Isn't the quickest off his line though.



Álvaro Vallés, 27, Las Palmas. Good shot stopper, commanding and exceptional distribution and sweeping. His handling is sub par though.



Yehvann Diouf, 24, Reims. Talented shot stopper, a little less polished and experienced. Decent command of his area, decent sweeper, decent distribution. Handling also an issue for him.

If it’s true chelsea want £60m for Reece James to help with PSR that would be a great move
At the right team, with manages game time he’d be the best full back in the league
Obviously a risk, but we need cover at full back and when fit he has the attacking and defensive game to suit us
Can also step into midfield
