I think Callum Hudson-Odoi would be a good acquisition if we could get him for 30ish million. We don't have anyone in the squad that can go outside on the right like him (not saying he's lightning quick) which I think we lack especially now Haaland is in the team. He has the technical and passing capabilities to play for us. I think Pep could do wonders with him.

Well, this will not explain why Ake is injured. Seeing as his been playing consistently all season.Totally agree..I do wonder if the constant rotation of players is the problem..I suspect injuries may be more common if you do not play on a regular basis..it is called muscle memory..training is not quite the same as playing on a regular basis.

I am not basing it on just 3 great PL games. Last season he won the French young player of year (won previously by the likes of Zidane, Mbappe). Most of his time at Barca he was playing in a team in serious decline with very serious off field problems.
Every time I watch him he is a impressive top quality player.

For me that is a long shot, i believe he would be Association trained in that case, but after Arsenal fought so hard to get him there i think they will have a lot of clauses in there.Not if he has a great season and doesn’t sign a new contract - we could maybe get him with 12 months left.
