This is a strange one. I remember Signing John Curtis from the gags when i was playing as City CM3 time. I got him for £1 million as i had no decent RB anyway made him my captain as he had 20 leadership. Within 3 years he was worth £75 million (Coventry offered £82 million, COVENTRY WTF) and he constantly without fail banged in a 10 performance rating
Never have i seen or had anything like this before. It was truly a 1 off freak of computer programming

If we're talking lower leagues and I mean lower. Gez Murphy from AFC Telford I think was a goal machine. All his stats suggested he was shite but he banged them in up to championship level.

Not champ manager, but Sinisa Mihaljovic was brilliant on Fifa 2004. 79 rated, so was cheap when you bought him before he went up to the 80s bracket, and had immense shooting stats for free kicks.
