Arsenal weren't "there for taking". They are very strong at home and were probably hoping to put things right after Wigan. It could be that we were there for taking after the result last week.

We've drawn away at Arsenal. Not a reason for getting the champagne out but no reason for doom and gloom.

What are you on about? A point at this stage is huge. If we draw against Villa next week and win against Spurs and WH it will be down to goal difference, where we currently have the edge. If we'd have lost today and that same scenario would happen we'd be out of it.

A point is neither one thing nor the other. We still have to win all three remaining games and would have done if we'd lost.

Correct!!!..Its all down to what people think will be enough at the end of game 38. I just happen to think that we should try and beat teams as games unfold and it becomes clear we have a good chance of gaining all the points. Liverpool away was another example this season. Great display today from the lads (and yes I mean the manager too) For those expecting all 3 points, consider what that means in terms of expectation under Mancini. Coming away from the emirates with a point is a fantastic achievement which, incidentally, assures we will be playing European football next season. It will also shape how we and others approach the last games of the season, stop underestimating its value.

Point gained if it was mid season but we needed all three today. Spurs and Villa have nothing to fear if we go against them with these tactics. No shots on goal all game is a shocking statistic. Spurs would've crushed Arsenal today.
