I moved house a few weeks ago.
Pointing the back of the house came up on the survey so estate agent sent round their builders to check. Said it needed doing and quoted £1044.

When I moved in I found a pointer myself who charged me £400. Did a good job.

Did they mention wall ties as well, they usually do......twats.
