Good to see an effort is being made to at least hold the club to account in a respectable manner that's in place to hopefully achieve results. Whether the club listens & acts on feedback and does so genuinely as opposed to a very corporate, patronising "here's your cake, now eat it" manner remains to be seen. Keep it up, Blues.
