Careful buying tickets this way off people you don't know.
Nothing stopping them giving you the ticket and getting the money, then cancelling the ticket saying it didn't arrive and getting a new one.

i dont know if anyone has mentioned it but whats the difference between buying someone a ticket and someone paying the club an extra £50 (going platinum). its all whoring!!

i think getting someone a ticket is more acceptable than going platinum. i fucking hate the idea that some glory hunter can have more points than me in a few years just because he/ she has more disposable income......platinum wankers!!!!

At the risk of being on the end of Bluemoon's wrath, I don't get to many games due to living away and having to bring the lads. My brother has a season ticket (going back to Maine Road) but never gets to aways. I see it as a good way of getting to away matches. I did a couple last season and I had a thoroughly good couple of days.

do they stop 'more deserving' people from getting tickets?

That is not the subject! The club gives Supporter Clubs tickets directly!
