He’s the antithesis of what we were on about with Lewandowski a few pages back. He looks like he’s 38 years old and retired three years ago and decided to pick up playing again.

I reckon he’ll be done and dusted at 32 like Yaya was. Yaya’s legs had gone around that age, Kane’s looking fucked now!

Totally agree. That’s why I wasn’t too bothered when it looked like we would end up with Ronaldo.. as I thought.. they would have the same longevity but the commitment with Kane scared me. Lewandowski would have been the perfect stop gap as I think he could go for another 3/4 years.

Here’s hoping for Haaland.
