It's not what Pep's strikers do though is it? Sergio improved his game under Pep and became an all round better player, we didn't di too badly last season did we, Kane may have scored goals but fuck me at a price in the coming years.

Understand that we didn’t want to pay that amount. Don’t think he’d have been anything other than brilliant in our team though. Pep obviously felt the same hence wanting him. Serge at his peak yes the better striker but hasn’t been at his peak for years. Kane a far more all round player than Sergio, just look at his assists, heading, hold up play and range of passing.
