Political relations between UK-EU

It's not technically a breach because it's in the protocol. Whether Johnson sticks to the due process is another matter.

They will adhere to due process, he‘ll bluster and threaten, but he won’t do anything. The issue is two fold, structural in that this is the deal we have signed, it’s a deliberate choice to apply checks and procedures applicable to a non integrated economy thousands of miles away, to a integrated economy on the doorstep. It’s akin to putting a two stroke mower engine in a family car.

The other is management. We had to pretend that this deal was great and mirror what we already had because politically we could not admit what it actually entailed. All these non tariff barriers are real, are here to stay and made worse by failure to prepare the country for them.

Barnier kept saying we had no idea what being outside the Single Market and Customs Union meant in reality and now people are finding out.

Faisal Islam saying pretty much the same...you have a choice, we choose the ability to diverge over the free flow of goods, which means layers of red tape and form filling. We choose the same for our ability to travel, work and live in Europe, whereas the other 27 counties plus Norway and Switzerland prioritised freedom for their citizens as well as trade.

It obviously is.

You seem to have lost your cheerleaders this week (not all I see) and apart from "looking back" I'm not sure what your purpose and intention is here now.
Well no it cannot be surely

If it was - how does the original post make sense?

Looks like the Westminster Government are about to breach the agreement (invoking article 16) with the EU by suspending the border between Great Britain and Northern Ireland citing the current restrictions as unworkable.

Once again Johnson will renege on a signed agreement. No morals at all, can't be trusted
And what do you mean by:

"I'm not sure what your purpose and intention is here now."

Is this just more of the desire some of you have for the thread to become an echo chamber ?

Is it an echo chamber if people merely share the same views? We’d be quite happy for you or any of your leave supporting mates to explain to us the benefits and future gains to be had from rotting fish. Or some of you could at least make a few jokes trivialising it to keep the thread on track
