This is how we are seen from the colonies - devastatingly accurate depiction of England - not the UK - today

It’s not a real article. You can tell that by the fact that the "photo" is pretending to be a crinkled newspaper but the text is clearly computer generated not printed.
No such paper either, although there is a similarly named outlet owned by Murdoch.
Still funny though.
Funny? Not in the slightest. Written by a disrespectful **** who likens remembrance Sunday to the fucking transfer deadline day for cheap laughs. What a ****.

Take it you’re not on Twitter and haven’t seen any of his previous incarnations turning out quality satire for some time now. I must admit when I read this one I did a double take and thought that it might cause offence but I would see it in the context of everything else he/ they have done and not in isolation. He’s obviously no fan of the Tories but far from being a one trick pony in respect of Brexit. What was the point of it pray tell?
I read it as someone wanted to regurgitate a post-Brexit rant because they have fuck all else in their life to mither about but to make it “relevant” so they could justify said regurgitation decided to link it to Remembrance Sunday. Could have said here is my environmentally friendly recycled rant in honour of COP26, least it would have been more honest and far less offensive to those to whom Remembrance Sunday actually means something. First time I’ve ever been accused of being remotely snowflake mind ;)
