After 22 entries I am pleased to say that in my opinion the current trend is definitely about talent.

How about Pavarotti or borcelli,mario Lanza,Andy Williams,dean martin ..would be surprised if Freddie mercury or George Michael weren’t in top 5 ..tony Hadley,Perry Como ..

A great singer but must say if I submitted a list then Christy Moore would be very high up it, his range from early folk to present day and also passion for the songs make him a brilliant vocalist.
