spot on..the commentators were eulogising about port vale giving us a game of football in the firt half.....I thught to myself thats exactly why we have won a world cup in over 50 years cause some people still think that is football!!!!!!!!!!! I played like that when i was 11 years old!

No out ball, no one holding it up to build a platform to attack. Balls being twated hopefully up the line but coming straight back, Oxford gave us a game the other week and played some good attacking football. This game was like attack v defence. Glad they scored as it was a non event before that, then returned to that when they surrendered.

Stones did no wrong. It's professional football. He should not be babysitting another centre-half. The cross was very good (had to be to clear Stones) and the striker did well. What happened may be useful for TBH's development. No harm done.
