Possible return to Umbro?

Paddy Power are great, their Twitter feed is funny and so is their new advert taking the Mick out of Scotland
Their Twitter consistently made shit jokes about City (when they were our sponsor) the likes you'd expect from a young teenage rag on the other side of the world.

Tbf they do it to every club, they've gone to town on the rags at times.

First Advice were a cold calling finance company (mainly mortgages I think) company that made their employees redundant by text message - way back in 2003 or 2004.

I knew a few people who worked for them at West Point in Old Trafford - those who didn't have a mobile phone found out when they showed up to a locked office or spoke to friends who worked there. Most of them didn't get paid for their last month (or mores) work.

If my memory serves me right First Advice went bust in the preseason (with their parent group Amulet) but we still wore the shirts for the following season as it was deemed too costly for Reebok to make new shirts....

Umbro is a no no unless it´s sold by Iconix... and Iconix have a lot of trouble

"In addition to the CEO's resignation, the company also lost its CFO and COO at the beginning of this year. This is all happened in the middle of an ongoing SEC investigation, which is reviewing company records regarding accounting methods and reporting. The complaint alleges Iconix underreported the cost basis of its brands and engaged in irregular accounting practices related to its international joint ventures. Results from the investigation are still pending.

To make things even more tense at Iconix the not unknown Sports Direct took advantage of the free falling stock and suddenly became the biggest shareholder..

Oh hell no! That is very sad, Mike Ashley is the last man's grubby hands we want near Umbro. I'd probably rather Mussolini...

Aah the days when a kit lasted more than one season... Fond memories
