Post match thread : Borussia Monchengladbach away CL

Pellegrini: “It was a strange game. In 65 minutes they played better than us, especially defending. We then had a reaction for last 30 minutes and finally we won the game. I must also say that Borussia played very, very well also."


Pellegrini: "We had a bit of luck to win the game. Against Juventus, against Spurs and against West Ham we didn’t deserve to lose and maybe today we didn’t deserve to win.”
 
That was a really good game to watch..... for a neutral ! I think it has taken ten years off my life!

Couldn't bear to watch Aguero take the penalty, he has been in such wretched form lately, however, the man had ice in his veins at that point, fantastic.

Well done City, off and running now. Hope all our lads out there are having a great time.

Oh, and Robbie Savage is a ****.

What a game of football. Could have been any score, that.

Horrendous to watch some of what was going on, the tele nearly got picked off its stand a few times.

Thought we played well with the ball all night though and were excellent second half. Although both Hart and Pellegrini both said we didn't play well. I think we did a lot of good things to go with the bad.

Kolarov did one thing wrong all night and it led to their goal; unfortunate for him that because everything else he did was very good. Joe Hart though, Joe fucking Hart!
