The club is progressing well in most areas on and off the field...except for our youth and EDS squads. We have gone backwards in these areas and it needs urgently addressing because FFP means we must start bringing on some of our own talent. That's why Pellegrini has been brought in but he has a job on his hands. Our first team squad is good enough to challenge for the title again but we need to get a conveyor belt of talent moving as soon as possible. The quality of our fringe players is sub-standard.
