Potentially 4 derby games in April

We desperately need everyone fit and to stay fit after the international break, right through to the end of the season. I just had a peek of the Spurs forum, they want to avoid us
but don't mind the rags, im of the opinion I don't want the rags, let them play Barca.
Agree, city Barca final would be awesome, if unlikely. However a chance for us to beat Barca in a final in Spain would be terrific

One step at a time as we have already seen that anything can happen in the Champions League. We have yet to qualify for the Quarter Final. A trip to Porto though would be very acceptable.

I have not heard / read the analysis re last night however my observations are Buffon was a buffoon and if that was deliberate (that is the rule) handball then we might as well all go home. So called deliberate handball was given against Otamendi at Schalke last week (to the dismay of even Ferdinand) and so called deliberate handball was given for Utd. this week. Just about sums UEFA and their officials up.

Interestingly the outdated away goals rule will be abolished for next season. City drew 5-5 against Monaco yet went out. Utd draw 3-3 against PSG and go through. UEFA go on about `Fair Play` but at the most basic level can not get it right. Meanwhile they are more concerned about investment in a club carrying no debt. It remains a protectionist organisation heavily influenced and directed by the cartel. By the way how is David Gill these days?

Every cloud has a silver lining though. A better team went out of the competition last night.

6-6 against Monaco :)

that's why the word potentially is used and of course its a big discussion point that 4 derbys could be played in as many weeks,
as to my knowledge its unheard of

Well it's unheard of because it probably won't happen. It's not the first time it could have happened, it just doesn't because it requires a set of circumstances that are unlikely, even now.

4 games against the mighty united? Apparently we and all of "Europe's biggest clubs have something to worry about" after their 2 gifted and 1 dodgy pen goals last night.

Yeah, you're spot on about the away goals now being outdated, football has changed and if anything the rule has become counter productive. We went out to Monaco because of away goals after two of the best and most open games you'll see. The rags{credit to the twats getting through with that side} went through on away goals after playing a very defensive game away where as PSG went to OT and bossed it. The Liverpool v Bayern game became like cat and mouse in the last 30 with Liverpool rather than really going for it being wary of conceding an away goal and Bayern happy to take the draw.

If we qualify for either the FA or Champions League final I don’t want to face the scum in the final, don’t mind in the knock out stages, if we both got to Madrid could you imagine the prices of flights and the difficulty in getting one ( expect jokes about them from everywhere except Manchester) hate the thought of them denying us in a final.
