I know bit iffy about Johnson starting, but aguero obviously isnt 100%.

Pretty much as I expected depending on whether Aguero was fit or not. Obviously it's not worth risking him if he's borderline but Silva, Nasri and Dzeko should be fresh enough to play tonight and Sunday. You expect the rotation of the full backs now too. Although I think he actually rotates them the wrong way round. He has Clichy-Richards and Kolarov-Zabaleta as his two 'sets', but I think it'd work better with Richards-Kolarov, Clichy-Zabaleta. Basically I think we should be looking at playing one of Richards or Clichy every game simply because they're the two that push on and get behind defences. Without either of them we can look a bit stuck and lacking in width, even though defensively we're rather sound.

I think the truth is that he knows how crucial Richards and Clichy are, and he puts a much greater emphasis on the league. I think thats his target this year.

^^ this..

It's obvious that Mancini sees the 6 pointer this weekend at the swamp as a more important fixture than tonight.. i agree..

Is ballotelli still suspended?

Yep, one more game =)

I think we'll be seeing a lot of him in the later rounds. I think this'll be earmarked as his competition to shine when he's back from suspension.

I think there's obviously a lot of truth in that, and I agree too. Apparently, Mancini has the faith in his second choice full backs to get the job done, so here's hoping.
