Great OP again @MadchesterCity
Same team for me. So otamendi and maybe KDB if he joins get to come into the squad after the international break although it's palace away and West Ham home? Cross that bridge when we come to it.
3-0 city the way we are playing
Cheers it's actually a nice predicament to be in if we keep winning. Nasri might start this game given he scored and looked very determined when he came on
We've got an angry one here,"we dropped silly points against the small teams"
"These teams have to be beaten"
"The games against low Prem sides at home are the games to rotate in"
"6-7 nil this one"
Plucky small team supporter here and just had to join this forum to say what tremendous and noble humility all you Man City fans have got!
Never, ever let it be said that you're too big for your boots or that you've very quickly forgotten just how much of a "small team" you suckers appeared to the rest of us when you sunk down to the third division not so long ago or when you were quickly 0-2 down to us on your own ship heap just last year.
No, no, you're absolutely right. Turn out the kids and the reserves for a gentle jog. It's only a little team! Treat it like a training game. A damn nuisance I know, but these small teams like Watford simply have to be beaten darling.
Perhaps you'd be so good as to pass the smug complacency on to your players on Saturday? Absolutely nothing to worry about. Don't even have to break a sweat to see us off. There's no chance, no chance at all of us winning.
We've got an angry one here,
You won't find many complacent City fans is not in our DNA
I'm going to go against everyone else and say this is the perfect game to rotate.
Should be a game where we can rest a few and still have more than enough to win.
Will give opportunity to some that haven't played too much yet and keep them happy - if we have a few unhappy players in the camp it could unsettle the whole squad.
Week before internationals meaning some of the squad could end up not playing for 2 weeks if they don't feature on Saturday and some will have a lot of travelling to do so a rest could help them come back rested and ready to go.
I would rest 2 or 3 who will be playing internationals and replace with those who won't be doing.

Forgive us for being confidentApart from the ones I quoted in my first post and just about every preceding post in this thread.
We've got some half-decent players ourselves now, including a back 4 that kept out Berhaino, Lukaku, Mane and Pelle over the last couple of weeks. A right back who spent last season (successfully) marshalling and shutting out Neymar and Ronaldo.
You might not have it as easy as you think.
6 or 7 nil indeed! Ha!
