Pre Match Thread - City v Juventus (update for injuries)

Juve differ from Palace in that they are totally disjointed and out of form so far this season, while Palace are a proper cohesive unit who are tough to break down and dangerous on the counter.
Just because they have 'big' names on the teamsheet doesn't mean they are a particularly fearsome team on the park just now ... ideal time to be facing them hopefully.

Huge game on Tuesday. I cannot wait, big European match under the lights with the new expanded stand. I have no doubt the atmosphere will be buzzing. Juventus are there for the taking as well. If the team is set up correctly, play with the correct attitude and we have our best players available then we can really stamp our authority on the group. It's essential we push to win the group so we can avoid a tricky tie in the next round. Come on city, these are the nights I dreamt about as a kid and it feels like this year can be different.

Doesn't he qualify to be in the 'B' list being English unlike Kelechi who's a foreigner?
No;
A player may be registered on List B if he is born on or after 1 January 1994 and
has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted period of
two years since his 15th birthday by the time he is registered with UEFA. Players
aged 16 may be registered on List B if they have been registered with the
participating club for the previous two years without interruption.

Not a chance will Patrick Roberts' first start/appearance be against Juventus in the Champions League in a must win.
