Pre Match Thread - City v Juventus (update for injuries)

Our centre midfield is very worrying, beyond that first choice pairing we have next to nothing available - we are one injury or suspension away from disaster. Never mind not being able to pick a 3-man midfield at the minute or even being able to solidify during a game, unless Demichelis is used there.

I really don't know what we were thinking going into the season with the 4 CMs we have - already a reputation for injuries with Delph, and doubts over the ability (and fitness?) of Fernando.
 
Prefer us to not risk Silva, Sterling or Aguero at all, save them for priority of prem league.

Hart, Sagna, Kompany, Mangala, Kolorov, Yaya, Fernandhino, Nasri. Navas, KDB, Bony. That team has enough to secure the 1-0 win that is required.

Sterling and Silva on the bench only.
 
The squad isn't in the best shape for this. Silva, Sterling and Fernando have resumed training today. However, Fernandinho, Aguero and Nasri are not training. Zabaleta and Clichy are still out also.

Could end up with this:

Hart

Sagna - Kompany - Mangala - Kolarov

Fernando - Yaya

De Bruyne - Silva - Sterling

Bony

Central midfield is the obvious weak spot there and Bony is a bit of a drop down from Aguero.
