Juventus will be difficult to score against. They do not concede many goals, normally.

I think we will win. Hope de Bruyne starts as well as Sterling. Ideally Silva & Aguero too but if their not fit, rest them & give them time to recover. We have a big squad of quality & it will be a long, hard season.

Looks like Juventus are going through a bit of a transitional period so now is probably a good time to meet them. Hopefully players are fit but don't go risking anyone when we've got a quality squad.

If agueros out. I think we should do what spain have done many times play with no striker

.................Hart

Sagna...Kompany..Otamendi..Kolarov.

..........YayaToure...Fernandinho

Navas......Silva...DeBruyne...Sterling

There will be 50k+, plenty tourists. Hope we save our best game battering them with a silky confident style
Tourists watch i
Pellegrini said he hopes that he is fit, looks 50/50
There's a video of him leaving Selhurst Park struggling quite a lot. But it might be the bandaging they put around his knee rather than the injury itself. Hoping so. If it was down to the injury then there's no way he'll play.

That will do wonders for Bony's confidence.

Same defence and midfield with KDB-Silva-Sterling and Bony up top, as I doubt Aguero will be fit.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see a change at centre half as we have 2 CBs yet to start a game, and it seems the kind of random change Pellegrini would make.

It will be interesting to see if we can finally shake off the European fear we seem to have and just take our domestic game/form into this competition, or whether it will be another stuttering performance for whatever reason. Would another win-to-nil be too much to ask?! 2-0 us.

Hart
Sagna
Kompany
Otamendi
Kolarov
Fernandinho
Yaya
De Bruyne
Silva
Sterling
Aguero

Hope everyone is fit as that is one awesome team!

Madness saying don't play bony if Aguero doesn't make it , we'll have to natural wide players and we'll be crossing it in to 5'8ft players in the box

Very much doubt Aguero will be fit in time. Same goes for Sterling. Hope he just didn't play out of precaution. I guess Silva will be fit and ready to go.
Was surprised Juventus rested several players. They have not been playing a lot of games yet and they need minutes to gel in their new players. Explaining the difficult start they have.

So far in the CL Italians caused us major problems at home. I just hope we finally look and play like a settled team in the CL. If we do a win is almost a certainty because I truly believe our squad is in the top 6 of European teams. Than again I think Juventus will be in there as well.

Watched them v Roma away, they tried to contain and hit on the counter, but they weren't impressive in that match, I'd say they have gone backwards from last season. Just need to be patient if we don't get an early goal, sure we'll break them down.
