Ive been behind the manager since day dot, still am and ive had countless arguments on here defending him but its a stupid decision imo and ive stated why.

Stepping in for Insa on this one. He's constantly backed Manuel against my (better ;-) ) judgement. If Insa is saying Manuel is wrong then Jesus fucking Christ - Manuel is very, very wrong!!!

I'm curious to see if Yaya will be deeper or higher than Fernandinho today. The ONLY way we can get through Liverpool's pressing is with quick, incisive passing. Only Yaya can consistently do that in our midfield. So if he's too far upfield, we won't break through their press without playing long balls. But if Yaya plays deeper to try to dictate the game, we then leave acres of space for Coutinho/Firmino on the counter. Conundrum.
