This time I've listed the progression of the 'in-a-row' record from Preston in 1888-1890 to City and updated the % of titles that have been won with 2 points or less:

I comment that if: 'you’re the kind of person who believes City are the ‘only’ team to challenge and that it’s a foregone conclusion then it may surprise you to learn that 62.5% of ALL City’s Premier League titles have been won by 2 points or less! That’s not even a victory – how close do you want it? How much less of a foregone conclusion works for you?'
I posted that the other day and someone immediately posted on my twitter that 'it's made up' blah, blah, blah! There's an army of people who seem to believe that if Carragher says something then it's true no matter what.
