Of course they have to, a draw against us (the result they want) is no longer useful. And when Tottenham press, they expose their defence and leak goals. 14 in the last 5 games they've conceeded.Changes nothing.Spurs are going to give their all tomorrow.

How does that work? Had Villa lost and spurs drawn with us, that would have needed a 7 goal swing to spurs on the last day? Spurs needed a win against us, still do, and would have done if Villa had lost. The only result that would have helped us was a Villa win?Exactly. Had Villa lost, they'd have defended like demons and played for a point against us.
With a draw, CL is still a slight possibility, but a draw knocks them out of contention, forcing them to go for it and Spurs have lost 4 out of their last 5 games (and their defence is woeful, leaking 59 goals so far, 3 more than the Rags).
