Had the rub of the green today, 2 very tight offside goals where we have not seen the lines and any slight touch on a Newcastle player is a free kick but allowed to go unpunished on a Villa player

Very energetic side, plenty of quality, I like Barnes, very good player, think isak is quality as well, if you can keep everyone fit I think your home form will be good depends how you are away, definitely see another top 4 though

True Geordie is one person and he's an arse who made his name by swearing on Youtube. He only ever commented about things which were shown on TV so I doubt he even went to games. Most of our fans had no problem with Man City other than being jealous of how you fell on your feet. I know we were one of the clubs who signed a letter to try and drop you in the shit but that was under Ashley and most of our fans were pissed off with the way that Ashley went on. The letter should never have been signed by us.

Statement win from newcastle against a heavily tipped villa. Their signings might not be the marquee ones some were expecting but they improve them in key areas substantially. With the exception of ours. Solid defensive setup, Their midfield can go toe-to-toe with anybody, They've got pace on the wings and two quality finishers. Not sure if ffp will let them spend anymore but a couple more signings would put them right up in the mix behind us imo. Lot of people are dismissing them this season, and maybe champions lesgue catches up with their small squad but I wouldn't be so quick to do so. We will be in for a very tough game next week off the back of Seville game.
FFP will stop us getting more than one more player in and even bringing one player in might mean a loan.
