I've been told all week by non-City fans that Chelsea effectively rotated as much as City did on the weekend.

So shouldn't their players be far sharper tonight?

I mean 6 of them started the 1st & 2nd leg vs Real Madrid, 7 total with Havertz and Pulisic starting a game each, probably would have been 8 if Christiansen didn't get injured. James probably starts the final too.

I would say they're only missing Werner, Kante, Rudiger and Mendy. Big players but shows the rest of their team are nothing special.

Who else out of their likely first 11 have the rested other than Mendy, Kante and Werner? Not really sure which is their first 11 as I haven't really watched them much except against us.
