12 games, 16 goals but somehow 7 wins, -3 goal difference.
Their points tally doesn't tell the full story.
They’ve had a very favourable run of fixtures over the last five games, us aside.
I’d imagine there’ll be more dropped points on the horizon.

Not really been following the nature of their injuries but is it due to them being in the Champions League and Carabao Cup, or have they just been on the receiving end of loads of bad tackles?
I suspect the former, and it would really put into perspective how good City have been for so many years, to run with a small squad and still compete every year. Newcastle get midweek games and more than half their squad falls. Transitioning to being a serious club is not easy.

As someone posted earlier, of those seven wins, six have been against sides in the current bottom 7 in the league. Flat track bullies.
