Premier League Games 11/12 November '23

BBC Sport:
"Man United are in crisis, but Newcastle, the team everyone thought could be future title challengers are also bottom of their Champions League group and sit one point behind United as it stands, but not in crisis?"
Tom in Peterborough

You would think that Tom would be celebrating the fact that his local team beat their neighbours 5-0 today, rather than trying to defend the rags. Sums up their twattish fanbase.
He might be a Godmanchester United fan.

Spurs about to find out that being around top3 really will test their squad depth. luckily for them they re not in Europe this season, even 6 EL group games would stretch their squad a lot more.

they were on way higher points than should be normally, now they can come down to fight for 4/5th places by end of December which is still a good thing after Kane departure I guess.

Castle also finding it hard to manage the schedule, well they got a real horrible CL group, absolute no easy games for them in CL, seasoned CL teams only in there, with more tactical knowledge than Howe and similar or better squads.
on top of that due to lack of proper rotation earlier a quite nasty injury streak reached them, 4-5 of their best players out injured + the main two new signings became useless with their ban and long injury. (Tonali, Barnes)
