Eze, Gyökeres and especially Madueke, (who I think was great with England) have made Arsenal a real challenger to us and Liverpool, I hate to say that by-the-way.

Arsenal have been a challenger to us going on several seasons. They surpassed us last year and with their superior signings relative to ours the last few windows... they've unarguably put us in their rearview.

Sad thing is looking at Arsenal - we were this for 90% of Pep era - a team full of talented players who can dispatch a Europa league team 3-0 with ease and elite players replacing other elite players.

It’s pretty clear to see to be honest mate. Lose great players and stop signing them and you eventually are no longer a great team. Only got to look at the quality Arsenal and Liverpool have signed. We’ve not even bothered to replace Walker.

The biggest difference between us and arsenal right now is work ethic.
arsenal play quick attacking football and work hard for each other.
We don’t.
We’ve got the players, well apart from a right back.
I was happy (sort of) to give our players a drop off after doing 4 in a row and a treble.
This season we need to work harder.
We are currently outworked by every team we face.
