Why hasn't Salah been booked for that dive?

It's a psychology towards the match officials at that place. Early penalty shout...ref ignores the claim. Another shout early second half as Mane or Salah go a-tumbling over...pressure increases on ref to give it from Dippers and 'fans'. Turned down again. Last 5 minutes...crowd getting panicky. Dipper falls over in the box...ref caves into pressure and gives it. Milner smashes it in. You could almost write the script.
