it was like when we beat them with the like of Croft,Vassell and Jordan. They upped their game for their biggest game of the season and we had an off day again.

In the 2000's after we had been promoted under Keegan, prior to the takeover, we had a pretty decent record against them, despite a complete mismatch between the teams on paper. We always lost the game after, 3-1 in the last derby at Maine Road, we then lose at home to Charlton, another 3-1 under Pearce, where Sinclair ran Evra ragged, we then lose to Bolton 2-0 and are terrible.
