Premier League Games 14/15/16 December

Burnley Watford off. COVID in the Watford camp.

Burnley will have to play every other day soon.
Good idea would be to cancel the January international break for UEFA where theres no qualifiers. But we all know money speaks. Cant help but feel the contagious nature of Omicron is going to wreak havoc with the season.

I didn’t realise there was one in January. That’s madness.

Calling it off 2 and a half hours before kick off is pathetic. They surely haven't just found out Watford don't have enough players to fulfill the fixture so why leave it so late, Watford fans would have already set off.

There's fuck all consideration for match going fans as usual. Just one of the reasons why I said I'd sooner they went back to behind close doors straight away rather than a chaotic slow gradual approach to that result anyway with fans being fucked over continually in the meantime.

Best part of 2 years to get their shit together and prepare for this and this is the best they can do.

Trying to divert attention from the rags who’s tea lady & Phil Jones had positives, interesting that Conte & Rodgers both stated they wanted their game called off. I’d much prefer our boys to keep going, build on the momentum and carve out a nice lead going into the new year. Those with Afcon players won’t want any games calling off for fear of being rescheduled in jan/feb

It’s inevitable that games are going to be called off. The whole country could have it by next weekend.

I don’t know why clubs and the FA aren’t more transparent about cases. Fans would be more accepting if they knew how many were out, or if there was a protocol of a certain number of cases meaning a game is off.

Can't really do that now.
Everyone would find out the rags decided to have there game called off with two cases.
Cheating bastards

It would stop our discussion and thousands like it.

It hasn’t been definitely reported that they only had 2 cases.

If they told us how many, we could at least debate using better knowledge.

Totally agree, a lot of angry Watford fans on Twitter who are already in Burnley.
