They are not applying it correctly as it was against Liverpool, just as they forgot to apply the rule when Sterling was through against Bournemouth, where there were replaysDon't know he should have been allowed to shoot before the flag went up.
Not applying the new offside system properly but not surprised when you have Mike Riley saying there has only been 4 mistakes so far this season.
Why doesn't the linesman let Joelinton shoot, then stick his flag up and then go to VAR if he scores!?
