Not sure what Everton are trying to do, other than praying for a smash and grab.

Lost loads of energy without Doucoure.

Everton look like the newly promoted side here of the two. Moyes did a great job keeping them up with ease last season but their squad is dogshit. Going to need a lot more than Grealish who isnt going to get many goals and assists and dewsbury-hall, think theyll struggle without major movement in the market.
Feels like they need a few years of money from that new stadium under their belts to build a better squad… if they can stay up in the meantime.

Moyes is a good manager though, over a full season they’ll probably be better than their 13th placed finish last season, aiming for top half with the Rags.

I'm getting cramp in my eyes watching this game.
Maybe I've just not had a longer enough break from seeing Pickford clown about his area

Pretty much every fanbase other than Liverpool (who always seemed to average 30-45k from WW2 to 2015 when they expanded further) have had shocking attendance figures at one time or another.

Don’t forget City in the early 60s averaged 14k one season with some 8k gates at some games. The Rags averaged 11k a few times in the 20s and 30s with 3k gates for some games.

As I said Leeds are proper fickle, just had a look. Numerous years with averages in the teens.

The only reason I mentioned it is that they are always held up to be great supporters. I’ve been at Leeds following City and it’s been half empty with thousands of blues there.
