something not right about that z Southampton team selection and performance. Not saying it’s fixed but let’s be honest,they were beyond pathetic against a weak Liverpool side.

A lot of you are seriously embarrassing yourselves. I get it you were hoping for a result but It's not bent or fixed, Southampton are just an atrocious team with nothing to play for. It's still in our hands and if we can't beat Villa then we don't deserve the title.

Well said. Southampton were pathetic, but the notion that they deliberately threw the game is ridiculous.

There is no excuse for not trying. The lack of chasing and the saints keeper constantly passing to the dippers was astonishing. This shower would not be a loss to the Premier league

Of course....But surely thats understandable...if us or Liverpol were 10 pts ahead the last few games would mean nothing...no product to sell, reduced tv audiences, less revenue etc.....not sure why anyone is suprised or even bothered by this

We have put ourselves in this position with that performance on Sunday......we opened the door for the scousers and a last day potential upset....

I hate the scousers but they are a very good team and they have clinical finishers and at times we have been wasteful.

Southampton were shit.....but thats where they are at

I said months ago when people were saying the title was over in January that this would go to the wire.....it was obvious they would keep pace with us and use those games in hand to claw pts back and then we had games that we knew would be potential upsets.

Good result and performance from Liverpool B, but Southampton are utterly pathetic. Standing off Liverpool like a bunch of awestruck schoolboys. No effort, no press, incapable of basic passing and ball control, just jogging around and letting them have the freedom of their stadium in their last game in front of their fans, who really deserve better.

Nothing dodgy about it though!
