Premier League Games 15/16/17 Dec '23

I can understand why it took a long time to decide if the wolves goal was offside. A check on the ball position and the position of the last dedenders foot, both relative to the wolves player was needed. But I find it very difficult to believe it is accurate. Its a flat still picture. The ball and the players move between frames. How fast they move will affect the results. Is the speed measured? There is apparently no tolerance which is nonsense.

In this case , the last defenders foot was a long way from the ground. How was the distance from his foot to the ground measured? Surely that measurement is needed to determine offside?
The entire "VAR is accurate" on offsides is a total nonsense, both mathematically and practically.

It's just part of the pantomime/drama.

Loving all this bedwetting, especially you @Erling9 who has a glass half empty, just realised that you only post when we don't win, just sits there tutting and having hissy fits about nothing.

One half of the season gone, we've been dog for the first half, been here before, let's have it to the end of May.

Just to add, I'm quite liking Villa being up there and I wouldn't mind them pushing all the way to the end.

Right, what result do we want with the red mardarse cunts?

I'm quite wanting the tramps to lose at the minute but the rags getting a good hammering trumps it all.

Arsenal - Brighton 2-0
A good game to watch.
I'm sorry to say that Arsenal seems to play much more coherent than us at the moment.
Biggest difference is very forward oriented passes, speed and precision between defence, midfield and attack.
Except for Martinelli, which was hesitating and breaking the flow much of the time, looking more like us in this bad spell. But we can also play this game, time to improve our game now. We'll come back and Arsenal will struggle later this season.
