Premier League Games 15/16/17 Dec '23

Why have they called this one off and not the playoff final where the exact same thing happened? It surely can’t be because it’s the difference between the two games and the logistics of replaying the final? The and result is the kids life. Very strange they have called it off and I really hope it isn’t anything sinister.

Game called off at Bournemouth. Not sure I like the sound of that. If Lockyer is indeed "alert and responsive", wouldn't the game be resumed?
Because Luton players aren’t right to continue having just seen their friends career ended….

More the reason I am still disgusted two years on, Denmark vs Finland resumed the same day.

The decision today, was the right one.
That was UEFA being cunts. Like FIFA did with Foe it was all about the TV revenues over players mental health.

Right call today.

Game called off at Bournemouth. Not sure I like the sound of that. If Lockyer is indeed "alert and responsive", wouldn't the game be resumed? When that Bolton player (sorry, I can't remember his name) collapsed at Spurs, didn't the game continue? And by all accounts, his heart had stopped.
I m sure after that and other similar incidents, the the officials worked to show more compasion. Things were altered as players may be subjected to grief.
