they’re on the verge of being found out. Their tactics are Mourinho-like, play on the break with pace and when there is no space to do so against teams camped in their half, lump it into the box over and over. It’s shit but it’s effective and wins you games. Pep shown the entire league how to play if you want to expose them in the community shield. we will soon see decent sides employ that method and take points from them with regularity. until then, we keep one upping them to demoralise them.

For all the criticism Bravo has taken, we are pretty lucky to have two keepers that can play out from the back and if Ederson got injured, our style wouldn't change. As good a shot stopper as Adrian is, Liverpool don't have that and it is clearly disrupting their play.
