They're literally looking at a every single goal for reasons to disallow it. If you do, that of course you're going to find plenty. That is not the way to use this type of technology

Truly disgusting the way this is being used. Countless fans are going to turn away from the game
 
Did our offside lines get moved like these yellow ones just have?
A worldy just been scored, crowd delirious and two minutes later doubting if it is allowed and the crowd dead.

I don’t think they did. They genuinely tried to see whether he was offside or not and didn’t use bullshit lines to nudge it closer to going the rags way. It looked absolutely bob on to me. Only criticism with that call is the length of time it took them to get it right.

It’s frustrating though because that goal was fucking class, but we can’t complain too much. VAR is here, so they have to use it. They can’t just go “oh that goal was beautiful so we’ll not bother”.
 
I still maintain that offside wasn’t intended to be used to rule out goals by mm it’s there to stop goal hanging the linos are actually in the main brilliant at making the correct decision Let’s get back to them making the call and only use VAR for the likes of the Liverpool goal last season To rule that out would have been a travesty
