I think Forest may be just about okay, though it will be a close run thing. Next season could do for them, though.
I would re-watch the incident. It is was fairly clear at the time he was feigning being hit in the head. There is a clear difference between a regretful response and what he did.
And even that incident aside, the feigning of head injuries has gotten out of hand. It is now more common for play being stopped for a false head injury than a real one.
And I was one of the vocal proponents for the strengthening of the concussion protocol and protection of player’s safety. However, I recognise now it is being manipulated by players/teams for advantage that is not in keeping with the spirit of the game or the protocol.
I find Everton tend to win when they shouldn't have a hope and lose when they should win easily. We’re away from home and it’s Chelsea. Don’t get your hopes up.
Same. Perm any three from the bottom nine at this stage.....They're flaky. What will save them maybe is that everyone, from Palace down to the bottom, is flaky. I really can't call the bottom three this year, even this late.
I've defended Jack from the ridiculous bile he's got from a handful of posters on here. But I can’t, and won't, defend diving from any of our bunch of mercenaries. Jack didn't do himself any favours that night. It's really repulsive. If any City player does it, then they should be fucking booed. And I'm never normally in favour of booing anyone wearing that shirt.
It's not quite as egregious, but Jack going down in the box the other night annoyed me, too. He's better than that, and he should know it.
