I say the same, though we hit the bar from a corner today
I know, but if that had been Arseanal it would have been in. I HONESTLY don't know what our set piece coaches do!! Nb the bloke at Arse Nicolas Javier ( I think or some name similar used to be here) , we were still bad at them; the same bloke gets massive results with the their players. We need a long throw, corner and set piece specialist on the pitch. It shouldn't be too difficult other clubs manage it!!

I know, i know but they have the best squad & if they don't win it this season they never will.
Would be hilarious if they bottle it again though but not if Liverpool win it again.
I would rather Arsenal than Liverpool, what a fucking choice though that is ha
It really is isn't it?! I'd rather have Spuds and I absolutely DETEST them!!

It wasn't a high line it was a foul on Nico that caused the goal
It was a high line, Eze had all the time in the world to pick out that pass, we should've dropped deeper immediately when he got the ball and they would've ran into our wall as was the case all day.

Don’t forget Donnarumma absolutely stranded in no mans land. If he stays on his line we win the match.

It's more to do with City having a smaller more technical team like we had under Wenger and Arsenal buying duel winning header winning brutes under Arteta tbh. You play better football, we're better at set pieces for those reasons

I'm nervous about getting to March and City still being in the mix. I think Liverpool look too unbalanced and leaky at the back. City's spine of Haaland, Foden, Rodri and now Donnarumma is key. I still think you might need to add some bodies at the back in Jan but if at some stage this season the Rodri of 2 seasons ago comes back you'll have an amazing midfield engine.
Or we sign Rice as cover in Jan………

We've got plenty of tall players.

Totally agree, though I don’t like the long throw tactic (everybody is Stoke 2010 now), we do have 4 players over 6’3” and a couple more over 6ft, so maybe it’s another option.

Hate to say it but hope the rags get something today, point will do.
I'm going for a bleached bath.

I know what you mean. A draw would be good. Even a united win might be better for once. But in reality it's going to be 3-0 Liverpool easy win.
