Maybe he'd be better being DOF or working in customer service then, i dont blame him for taking the job but he's years away, if ever, from being an elite manager

It's super rare for a player to succeed in transition from player to manager! They usually need a good number of years to study managing the game and not just take what you know from former managers and try and use that.
I can't think of one offhand who has succeeded!
